How a bill is built
The published card is $600 for a 20-yard with 3.5 tons and 14 days, or $700 for a 30-yard with 4.5 tons and 14 days. A day past that window is $10. A ton past the allowance is $55. There is no fuel line and no environmental line on that card. The heavy-duty concrete can is quoted by the load because concrete reaches the weight limit before the box looks full.
Example: a 20-yard that scales at 4.2 tons is 0.7 tons over 3.5. At $55 a ton that is $38.50 on top of the $600. A 30-yard that scales at 6 tons is 1.5 tons over 4.5, which is $82.50 on top of the $700. A can that stays 21 days is 7 extra days, $70, on whichever size you rented. Mixed remodel debris usually stays inside the allowance. Dirt, tile, and block usually do not.
We do not publish a 10-yard can. A small pile still uses the 20-yard at $600. Two 20-yard drops are $1,200 before any overage. One 30-yard is $700. If the pile is nine or ten pickup loads, start with the larger can. The 20-yard is still the right call for a full-house cleanout, a larger remodel, a mid-size roof, and light demo when the volume fits six or seven pickup loads and the driveway can hold a 16-foot box.
You load a rental. If the crew has to load it, that is junk removal, and it is not priced off this card. If the structure is coming down, that is demolition, and haul-off is part of that crew. Call (352) 238-3147. Trucks leave 16297 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville. Read the dumpster rental page for the drop, the 20-yard page for the smaller box, and the 30-yard page for the longer one.
