Mascotte homeowners and contractors lean on Hoopers for fill dirt delivery because we're close — about 30 miles up the road — and we answer the phone ourselves. Lake County is our backyard.
Every drop in Mascotte comes with a phone call before the truck rolls, so you know when the container is landing. Flat-rate billing means the price quoted is the price you pay — no surprise environmental, fuel, or "regulatory" line items.
Have fill dirt delivery on the calendar this week? Get us on the phone — we'll lock the date and the price together.

Mascotte FAQs
- Do you charge fuel or environmental fees?
- No. Our pricing is flat-rate. The price quoted on the phone is the price on the invoice — delivery, pickup, dump, and the included tonnage are all built in.
- Where can the container sit on my property in Mascotte?
- Most Mascotte drops land on the driveway. We use boards to protect concrete and pavers. If your driveway is sloped or shared, we'll walk you through placement when you book.
- Do I need a permit?
- Only if the container has to sit in the right-of-way (street or sidewalk). Driveway placement on private property usually doesn't require one. We'll flag it on the call if it does.
- What can't I put in the dumpster?
- Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, fuels), tires with rims, batteries, and large appliances containing freon. Everything else is fair game — drywall, lumber, roofing, concrete, soil, furniture.
